Exchange Policies:

We are happy to provide full store credit for any item returned within 10 days of purchase. We do not provide refunds. Store credit will be valid always, there is no expiration date. All returns must be properly packaged and insured. There can be no sign of wear. Please contact us by phone 713-520-9995 or email fhlbjewelry@gmail.com for a return authorization.
 

Shipping Information:

All purchases are shipped fully insured by UPS Ground (unless otherwise specified). We offer more expedited shipping including UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. All shipments require a signature upon delivery. At this time, Fly High Little Bunny Jewelry does not ship outside of the United States (currently working on it!)

 

Ring Sizing Information:

Most of our in-stock rings can be sized at least one size up or down. Sizing usually takes 3 days to a week for completion from date of order. 

 

Custom Orders:

Custom orders are welcome. Please contact us to discuss your orders. Realistically these custom projects are completed in store for clarity. We kindly ask you to bear with us while we adjust slightly to create the most efficient process for online custom work! 

 

Layaway:

We offer a three-month layaway for in-stock items, with the submission of a credit card for automatic payments. Let us know if you would like us to email you a contract.

 

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates may be purchased for any amount; they are valid indefinitely from date of purchase.
